Previously fixed borrowing structures were renegotiated successfully to incorporate flexible shorter and medium-term loans. 

This optimisation eliminated unproductive surplus balances, enhancing liquidity management and delivering substantial savings of €1.2m, strengthening operational capacity and creating more sustainable, adaptive financial structures for the company involved.
